Late model seats fit first gen Ex?

Does anyone know whether the seats from a late model Ex '98-'01 will bolt right up in a first generation model '94?

Are the seat track mounting location dimensions the same?

Anyone done this?

I put seats from a 2000 into my 94, bolted right in without a problem BUT they seem to be a whisker higher than the old ones. Probably the old ones were so bad and the new ones are firmer than what I was used to.

The seat mounts are definately the same 92-01.

But i was wondering if anyone would know were i could purchase newer seats? I would guess a Ford dealer, but they might have outragous prices?
