We made this out of 1 inches and half inch EMT tubing, we bended the tubes with a pipe bender and then my neighboor helped me weld everything together. Then He brought it to his shop for sandblast and powdercoat.

Here's the initial plan.. didn't change much but theres a couple things we decided not to do and the measurements aren't the good ones.

what kind of intake manifold did you have on your engine?

I've got a K&N intake

looks great

Thanks! :)

ok so you obviously have no clue what a manifold is, so i'm gonna say its factory. does anyone else know if that is the fatory intake manifold?

All I can say is that the only thing I changed on the air induction is the K&N cold air intake... everything else is stock

thats all i needed to know:)

very nice job man, you have good taste in mods

Thanks!! The project is almost done!... I'm getting my lift this weekend... hope to be able to mount it next week!!!

Lifting because the tires rub? I want to ditch the stock 235's and wanted to go to a 265/75-16 Goodyear Wrangler TD. Had them on my silverado and were the best tires.

I'm lifting for the look and also to get more clearence under the truck... I dont mind the little rubbing from the 265/75

beautiful truck =] love the black on black look so sweet and love the roof rack and brush guard

Where do the power lines run for those roof top lights? Did you drill a hole in the roof somewhere?

Yes I did and then I ran the wire on the side of the moonroof frame and then thru the corner of the windshield behind the plastic corner piece

Great, thanks.

The first thing I thought of when I saw this amazing Ex. It could pass as an C.O. vehicle, just slap on the conservatoin officer logo on the side and go scare some teenagers.
