Leaf Spring Squeak

Hey, I thought my bushing from my 4 door leaf packs need to be replaced but i discovered the squeak is caused by my add a leaf (the larger one). Is there a way to buy leaf spring spacers (like the ones that come on stock packs).

Or has anyone found a substitute?

Any old grease at the leaf ends will stop most of the squeeks. My aal instructions said to grease the ends to prevent noise, did you read the instuctions?

Lol yea i read the instructions.. And i greased them up. Its been a few months and many off-road adventures and now they began to squeak. I re-greased them already and that stopped the squeak, thats how i determined the problem is deffinetally them. I was just thinking there was a place i can buy those spacers because the squeak is destined to return.... grease does wear away

Greasings been working... but i was right- it wears off everytime i hit the trails. Just not as severe. Im gonna try some marine lube- maybe that'll last longer since it protects against harsh salt water.

Either way.. does anyone know where i can get those spacers that sit between the ends of the leaf springs?

Or any good substitution for those? I was thinking of wedging something in there but im not sure what material i should use and if it would stay put.

****I have the DOUBLE AAL's.. i think these are more prone to squeak because there are two leafs without spacers AND they really push hard on the stock leafs. When i put it on a lift at work the tips still touched, i had to hammer in a pri-bar to get about 1/8" between the ends to lube em up!
