leaking hose rear of 2009 explorer

Trying to help my elderly neighbor troubleshoot a leaking hose on 2009 Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. The hose is on the driver side behind the rear wheel. It appears to be leaking a green solution like anti-freeze. I have no idea what this hose is for (actually 3 hoses that feed up to underside of vehicle). Hose diameter is about 1.5". Trying to ascertain if I can replace the hoses or not. First, I have to know what they are and then I can research for replacement instructions).

Welcome to this forum! Is the coolant level low? Did you check all of the fluids to see if they are low?
