Leaking window

Well the other night I went in the back of my X to get something and found the carpet all wet, and a little line of water comming down the rear pillar on the drivers side. Well tonight I am going to be fixing this.

Has anyone ever had to replace one of these seals? I did My BII a while back, but I 'm not sure how similar they are. I would just like to be prepared before I start taking off the side panel.

Ok well I went to go replace the window seal, but discovered it was not the window that was leaking. It was a hole in the roof.

Was the hole from a roof rack mounting point?
