Yes.
The square four light in the black pod. Connect them to existing fog light wiring for functioning fog light switch. Install them in existing metal bracket, with bolt from the pod hoping through top of the bracket. Use washers/spacers to get the pod pointed as LOW as reasonably possible, as they are very bright. Great for use in snow, fog, and rain.
I doubt you could revive existing OEM fog lights, which never helped with visibility anyway.... really they were just lower running lights, I guess.
