Left turn signal and hazzerds

Left turn signal and hazard lights will not work I'm stuck like Chuck can anyone help left signal and indecater light does not come on and the left right one comes on solid steady light and it makes noise for hazard but the right blinker works great

Most likely you need either a new multi-function switch, or the harness has came loose. Easy to replace, I think all you’ll need is a Phillips screwdriver.

On some vehicles (and I am not sure about Explorers) if 1 or more signal bulbs are out on one side they will not flash.

We had a similar situation on our '95. The contacts at the hazard button were rather gunked up after many years. It was awhile ago but I believe we were able to pop off the plastic button and spray Deoxit in the opening, cycling the switch and repeating until it felt smoother with signals and hazards functioning correctly again.
