It's sooooo easy.

Just shoot chrome powder all over, bake to cure chrome powder-let cool completely.


spray black wrinkle powder, and use a damp finger to wipe the area you want to be chrome. Once it is cleaned off, bake.

Spraying multiple coats requires voltage and current adjustments-not to mention a good ( hint variable) ground.
