Lift question

hey I have a 3 inch body lift and spacers and shackles and my truck is probably about 5 inches higher than stock. The thing is I want to lift it more but its only a 2wd, would I be able to lift it a few more inches by adding a leaf in the back and getting aftermarket 4 or 6 inch coil springs? would that screw up my alignment? first off nice truck. second you can get add-a leafs but that will not match the front if you get the 4 or 6 inch lift coils. third if you get the new coils you will also have to get the drop down brackets too, or you will need new tires every 2 months. that being said, if you have enough money, ditch the coil spacers and get a suspension lift there are pretty cheap ones out there(cheap but good quality).
