I know this may be a stupid question, but is their anyway to get the back window and liftgate to stop rattling, i keep looking for some sort of sound deadener, but i couldnt find anything to keep the window tight.

The window in my tail gate rattled also. The problem was that the metal loop thing that engages the lock had the felt padding worn off. What I did was goto wally world and get some velcro, took a strip of the "loops" part and wrapped it around the metal loop thing. That probably made no sence at all, I need to do it again though. I guess you could get some felt, strip the old stuff off, and glue some new on.

Good Luck

I just DynoMatted the whole back door. That stopped it.

just take the pannel off and start poking..but be warned..once u get one rattle stopped u WILL notice another and depending on what kind of beat u have the rattles will NEVER go away =)

good luck dude...

i have an idea not sure if it could work but here it is. fiberglass insulation is cheap and helps with soundproofing(i think), it is also thick so if you filled the tailgate with it it would help with sounddeadening and would fill the space and help stop rattling. again not sure if this would work just an idea

mine rattled (at least i thought) but i found out it was the wires hanigng in the stock sub and amp cpmpartment after i femoved it, so i taped all of the wires down and no more noise.

that would work..but densly packed polyfill would probably be easier to use and a little cheaper..i packed my back gate with polyfill..really packed lol and i dont get any more rattles now from the gate
