Some FYI-
95-97 Explorers use the PA 853 body lift (3")
98-01 Explorers use the PA 883 body lift (3")
WAR-153 (Warrior Products) are the shackles to use, about 1.5" of lift

Larger tires may also require new gears:

unless that is a typo, Hell no!!! at the max you can fit 33s, and even then you have to trim the fenders
