Limp Mode No Codes

I have an 03 Sport trac with a 4.0 that I recently rebuilt the engine and transmission. The truck is in limp mode and has me scratching my head. It won't go more than 25mph and 2000 rpm and there are no codes. I've replaced the throttle position sensor which did nothing. If you have any relevant experience please share

ECT? hows trans pressure? limo mode has a bunch of different causes, but most all can be traced to some rogue sensor

If the check engine light is flashing there are indeed codes
Manufacture specific codes
You may need a better scanner

It could be something simple like wiring was not plugged in it or could require a trip
