My 2005 Lincoln Aviator is showing the Airbag LFC code of 43.
My Ford tech diagnosed it as the side impact sensor on the driver's side B Pillar.
I replaced the sensor and had a Ford tech reset the light.
The light continues to come back on.
Someone suggested that the single bolt that holds the sensor on is very torque sensitive. I tightened it with an 8mm socket to just more than snug.
Was he right? Did I break it? Am I missing something?
