I have never seen one in person,as they aren't up here, but I know about it. I think the box is carpeted inside too....

:chug: :chug:

I saw one in Florida once at a hotel. It had dual exhaust. Anyone know if that was standard/option or was it an aftermarket add-on?

I was just wondering when they arrived on the market and I figured you guys needed a picture of a real truck from me to validate my Fordness since I've been posting my crazy creations.
BTW miss Britney is here for a Rolling Stone Shoot and there are about 25 little girls hanging out across the street trying to get a glimpse of her. We'll get the papparazzi out there once in a while. Last time I set up a 4'x4' mirror board and bounced sunlight right at the idiot- he moved:)
Tomorrow we have JLo for W magazine. That will be an show. Thank god I'll be welding some beer holsters to my lawnmower.

Out,
Ed

I saw that one in FL about a year and a half ago. As for the rest of what you wrote I really don't know what to say. Good luck with the beer holders I guess.

lol, they started making them in 01' as 02' models. They had a problem selling them but our dealership had no problem. A lot of other Lincoln/Mercury dealers have been sending their Blackwood/Marauder to our dealer and they sell every single one they get in. I'm pretty sure they stopped production on them already.

I remember them selling a $75K Blackwood, our dealer had forged Weld rims put on, headers/exhaust, and an awsome Alpine system and some other stuff. They did basically the same thing to an 03' Navigator except they had ghost paint (where you can barely see the design but looks cool as hell) mixed in with the stock paint and they sold it for $75K also.

I drove a stock one they had a long time ago and liked it, especially the front bucket seats which were extremely comfortable, a lot of dealers had a problem selling them though as not many people will pony up that type of money for a pickup when they could pick up a HD version like a diesel F-350 etc for cheaper, and thats what I would do, pickup an F350 for cheaper and have lot's a mula left over for mods.

But then you come where I live and they have no problem buying an $75K Blackwood:confused:

A teacher at my college has one, some lady, haven't had her yet.

Nice truck, but I think the price was too high on it, I wouldn't have spent that much on it, I think it was going for somewhere around 50 grand when new can't remember.

Can ya tell I'm a little bored at work today?
Sallen, you mean -haven't had her for a class, right?:)

What is up with the white stripe all over the bed? And that smiley face on the tail light? :p

How can you be bored with Britney there? :D And I'm glad someone else took Saleen's comment that way too. :p

I've seen that exact truck running around here. Those are Lincoln/Mercury of Santa Monica dealer plates I think. Anyway, I want to know what idiot at Ford decided to build this truck right before the Navigator got restyled. Old-school looks at a rediculous price. No wonder they didn't sell any.

Mike

I've seen a few of em around here. Back when they first came out, a lady took off with one from the dealership, she was "test" driving it. I think they caught her in Tennesee or something.

i'v seen two for sure. one rolling stock and one with 22's or 24's. the beds look kinda funny not sure why.

I was thinking the same thing too. LOL

i have seen SEVERAL rolling thru the streets of the D. they're hideous looking, they even look front heavy and were only avail in 2WD.

ever seen a u-haul without the big ole box on it, thats kinda what these remind me of!

Cadi did theirs on the new platform and Ford wanted to do theirs on the old one. Did not make sense what so ever. Shoulda used the money to us Explorer guys a Svt x.
I hope they did not blame it on poor marketing but instead blame it on stupidity.
