Little or no heat

I have 1999 EB with ATC. When I got the unit it didnt have any heat but a t-stat fixed that. Now after 9mo I have little or no heat if you turn the ATC off and set temp to 90 you get some heat. engine warms up its the same on any position. So I dont think its the blend door, any ideas?

Before you go the blend door route, make sure you don't have an air pocket in the heater core or cooling system.

Remove both the hoses from the heater core (you will see them passenger side coming from the firewall. They are behind the ac components. Flush it in each hose and look for alot of sedament to flow out. If there is little to no flow coming out the other line you may have a blockage in the heater core itself.
