Lock cylinders????

I'm getting ready to shave my door handles and the kit has back up buttons incase i lose the remotes or batteries die.... I was wondering if the lock cylinder for my driver door would fit the lift gate? My key only works on the driver door and I would like to just move that cylinder since it's coming out anyway and replace it on the liftgate so 1 key can unlock and crank the truck. And the back up buttons can be placed inside the cargo bay.

I put both of those in my rig a year or so back, and I noticed one had a blue clip, and one had pink. But other than that they appeared to be identical.
