- 1998 Ford Explorer XLT
First I would like to say thanks for all the help the forum has been to me.
I have a 98 XLT Explorer with 160,000 miles that was given to me 10 years ago with 75,000 miles on it. It's been a great vehical. Only major repairs have been the radiator, water pump, and fuel pump.
Hopeing to get another 100,000 miles out of it although I do expect transmission problems at some point.
Within the last year I have taken routine maintenance and fluid changes on myself with your help. Deffinitly a newbi when it comes to car care but one day with your help I hope to pass it on and help others. I look forward to learning and contributing to the forum.
Take a look a my new post in regards to the 5R55E transmission in my 98 XLT. Thanks for your time.
