Just wondering how long is your longest repair?

Our 2020 BL Aviator has been in the Shop for 10 weeks this Thursday.
It has been in for a Radio and Lane centering issue. (I believe they are still working the Radio and have not looked at the Lane centering yet.)

We have tried everything, Information is very slow from the dealership.

We opened a case with Concierge Service Manager -Lincoln Client Relationship Center weeks ago, They only parrot what the service advisor tells them.

They tried to fix this issue for 2 weeks in SEPT. - they failed.

What happens is this,

The Radio button (left-Right) on the steering wheel only goes 1 direction. and when you "set" a radio station, You here the "beep" but the displayed station # does not change.

The lane "centering" goes and crosses into other lanes during sweeping turns. My 2013 MKZ with Lane "keeping" does a much better job. (Does not steer us into oncoming traffic)

I took weeks to get the "FSE" to come onsite last

How much longer to wait?

Who else to notify?

Does anyone at Lincoln motors even care anymore?

Given the amount of time your vehicle has been in the shop I would think it would be able to be bought back under the lemon law. Have you explored that option?

We thought about it, We thought it was only for "serious" issues. Would a radio be considered under that?

How would we start that process? - alert the dealer? Hire an attorney?

Haven't checked these threads to see if it might help.

It is in the back of your manual (how to start the process). Most states is 30 days out of service regardless of what the problem is. I've seen some 20 days and as much as 45 days. It does vary but if you are serious about 10 weeks, you should persue it.

You do not need an attorney. You could also start through the BBB.
