Looking for body part numbers/ names or a diagram

Looking to match up a couple front end parts. I've found a few crappy diagrams that were no help and the related part numbers had no pictures. I'm looking to find out what the entire piece circled in red is called. Also trying to identify the missing "knockout like" piece circled in green. Doesn't look like I can get that individually so looks like I may be bashing out the other side to make them match!

NOTE I am not certain if all the above are the correct part.

I think that passenger's side opening is deliberate on vehicles with the towing package to let more directed air in to cool something, or a tow hook hole. AFAIK this also means there is an alternate lower valance part # that doesn't have it.
