Looking to upgrade my base model seats.

One thing I'd like to do with my 01 sport trac is upgrade the seats. They are the base model seats and they're kinda weak.

I'd like to know what seats from what models are a direct bolt in.

For instance, will the seats from an Aviator bolt into my Sport Trac?

Keep in mind that the slides, whether manual or power, bolt onto the seat frame. So if you retain the slides and use a seat the same general width you should be able to adapt the attachment points if necessary. The Gen 2 Explorers (95-01) "should" be a bolt-in. Can't say for sure.

I'll trade you all my nearly perfect power leather seats. I was just telling my wife today i wanna strip the inside and put in 4 racing seats.
