I do drive a lot and this problem shows up most every day, and is very intermittent. At times while driving and while accelerating, the truck feels like a parachute opened behind it and it won't accelerate past whatever point that it is at. I can put the pedal to the floor and it won't go any faster. On a straight and level, it won't go any slower either. Depending upon the speed and rpm's, I can hit the button to take it out of overdrive, or manually downshift the automatic transmission and the rpm's will increase and everything is back to normal, until the next episode. ANY IDEAS?
