Hi! I have a 94 4.0 explorer that starts and runs greate until 2000 rpm and then craps out. I changed the fuel filter and checked the fuel pressure its ok.What else could be wrong. Help!

Could be the MAF sensor. Try unplugging it and
spraying some electrical parts cleaner on the pins.
Also clean the sensor wires themselves. You'll need
to remove the air tube on the air filter side to access
the MAF sensor.

Any check engine lights? Need a better description of what happens to really help you. Does it hesitate, run rough, misfire, bog/buck, etc.?

Edit: 94... Will require some extra work to pull engine codes. Might want to check with the Gen 1 forums.

What was your fuel pressure?

To all that helped, thank you! I found, after retesting the fuel pressure,it was good while at idle but when I reved it up to 2000 rpm I lost it. I replaced the fuel pump and now it works.I hope this helps someone else out there
