Ok guys I fixed my idle problem it was a vacuum leak in the egr inlet tube between the intake and egr valve, cleaned the IAC, but now I've lost my high idle at start up, I live in the Dakota's and this is a needed item I can feather the idle till it warms up a bit then it will idle on its own without help but I'm kinda stumped here this 95 is driving me crazy

Just guessing but maybe a bad coolant temp sensor? Bad inlet air charge temp sensor, or a bad IAC?

The PCM uses these into to increase the idle speed during cold start.

i have another question could I use the IAC off of my 94 as temp replacement till I can get the replacement for it

Very possibly, Go into the RockAuto on-line catalog and see if the part numbers for the '94 and the '95 are the same.
