I have a low end stumble in the engine where it kinda chugs and there is sometimes a low thunk/pop noise. What could this be? After reading I am guessing it could be a misfire. I did some checks to see if there was any arcing and none. I am going to replace my plug wires and I unplugged my Mass Airflow Sensor while idling and there was no change could it be this. It feels fine the rest of the operating time, just under accel at low RPM it stumbles and chugs till gas is applied more. Any help or advice is welcome.
Thanks in advance
Dylan

Could be any number of things. Dirty throttle body, a dirty fuel filter, dirty MAF sensor, a dirty air filter, a vacuum leak, worn plugs, worn plug wires...to name a few. First go with the cheap items (air filter, plugs etc.) and then if that doesn't work move on to the more expensive items (plug wires, etc.). Give it a shot of sea foam.

What us seafoam? where do I get it from?
The air filter is a brand new K&N Gen II open air kit. The plugs are new, they are the autolite platnium plugs. I am trying to replace the wires with Taylors but the ones I got from summit were too short.
Thanks

I'd get rid of the Autolite plugs and go with Motorcrafts, in my experience Autolites don't work well with our trucks. Sounds like you really should do some normal tune-up things...I'd clean the MAF, and check all the vac lines/hoses for leaks. You can get Seafoam at Napa or Carquest stores, or find a re-seller from their web site.
