During the weather season's I get a low oil pressure light during first startup in the morning but after the warmup my pressure gauge jumps up to normal range what could be the problem? oh and it only does it when it is maybe below 40 degrees outside.

What grade oil are you using? It may be a viscosity issue. The manufacturer's recommend viscosity is 5W30.

Clean your oil sending unit. It's a common problem.
