low oil pressure

I hv a 02 explorer 4.6..comin back from fla low oil pressure came on...i stopped checked oil n tstarted it back up n it was out went up road n it came on again...got off interstate n put 3/4 qt in n started it back up n it was off drove 11 hrs n it came back on n was bouncing up n down so i pulled over to side n it just quit...no engine noise oil stil full no leaking any where...wont crank over...any ideas

The pump could be clogged. Low oil pressure doesn't mean low oil. At least I don't think.
