Does anyone have a method for doing the lower ball joints only? My Haynes manual says to replace the entire control arm, but I know that ball joints are available separately. Also, the few posts I have read are focused on doing both joints. The car is a 2000 Eddie Bauer.

Any and all help appreciated!

TIA.

I did mine by hammering it out, then i put a old bearing around the new balljoint and hammered the control arm down....not the best way but it worked

Moog updated their lowers at some point recently. The AZ press will get the old BJ's out but is not long enough to properly get the new ones in.
