I think I've asked this question once before, maybe not, but I haven't been able to get a definitive answer. I have a 2001 Sport and want to lower it about 2 inches. The question is regarding the rear springs. For 2001 Ford decided to eliminate the mono leaf and replace it with a multi-leaf setup. The 2001s also have progressive rate springs from the factory. I want to lower it but all the information for lowering the sports state that all you have to do is remove some spacers. I don't think that is the case with the 2001 Sport. Do I just need to use blocks as if it were a 4 door? Any info would be great!
