i need help on how to lower my explorer any ideas?

Lowering my 99 Sport Explorer.

Welcome to the site 
What you are going to need to do is called a "torsion twist". This means adjusting a bolt on either side of the front of the truck. You'll need an alignment after this. You can lower a 4x4 about 2 inches without too much trouble. For the rear you are going to need to add blocks between the axle and leaf spring, and get longer u bolts.
