I want to lower my explorer 5 inches can anybody help i cant find a lowering kit anywhere its a 99 v8 2wd.

There isn't one, anything you do that low will be custom work. The most you can get since your 2wd is about 3" up front with a torsion twist and torsion key flip. And then blocks to lower the rear to match.
i have "5 inches" of drop with out bags or hydraulics. i have 3 inch blocks in rear torsion bar key flip to get 3 up front, and i dropped tire size from 255/70/R16 to 235/60/R16 so with that i got around 5 inches of drop... still need more in the front to level it out. So technically you can get 5 inches out of a static drop...
