Lowering via TT/blocks and TMH install - which one first?

Plan on installing my lowering blocks, doing TT, rear sway bar, and installing my headers. Is there any benefit to me lowering the truck first before installing the headers? or should I do headers first? I figure someone out there has done both and could advise one way or the other.
