Thought I'd register my rig. Bought her in 2008 65k miles on the clock for $18 grand, always been happy with her until I caught the modding bug (you *******s, yeah you know who you's are). So now I'm extremely happy and love my x and decided to post some pics in here.

This is when I first got her.

Thank you Sir, I am but a humble grasshopper to the mighty V twin ride on lawnmower that is Mr Joe Dirt.:notworthy:D
Does denatured alcohol have any personality?

Despite its poisonous nature, denatured alcohol is sometimes consumed as a surrogate alcohol, which can result in blindness or death if denatured alcohol contains methanol.

It's decent- a little bitter though, like a Mother-In-Law... lol!

Hahahaha:D

Okey doakes got my 'stang GT stripes on and the scoop. Made a template to get the holes right (thanks Corkey!!), Used 3m vhb double sided tape aswell (Thanks Joe!!) just to make sure it doesn't fly off and maim an innocent bystander. tomorrow will be the blue paint on the scoop leaving the white stripe (sorry Jack) down the centre, followed by a couple of coats of clear.

As the VHB sits in the sun, it actually gets stronder, too... Looks good!

Thanks Mate, good to know. I'm trying to achieve a true cross over: 78.2% street and 69.6% offroader (never was to good at maths).

Safely do 125 mph and get there quickly, be able to hit most of the tracks and beaches around here.

Basically you're trying to recreate one of these :p:

I'm kidding. The hood scoop looks really good

Low blow Nate, low blow.:D and cheers!

Low blow Nate, low blow.:D and cheers!

I saw the words TRUE CROSS and OVER...figured I had to do something :D
Honestly; I really do like the way you're customizing your Ex. Looks really nice. The stripes look awesome especially against the white color. Keep up the good work
At least with you're ride (what you've done) there are probably no clones...I just saw a silver clone of my Ex...well without the bull bar and custom wheels...

And some of the end product - 'Cobra Explorer Uma'

LOOKS AWESOME! The hood scoop painted really completes the look. Keep up the good work!

Cheers Mate.:chug:Happy new year to everyone!!

Great looking truck, mate!

How do you like your Nexens? I just had them put on my 03.

Well done, mate! :)

Cheers IAmTodd! Really happy with the nexen at 2's, smooth as at 70 mph and quiet. I was a bit wary when I first looked at them as I had never heard of the brand before, But after doing a bit of research I found out that michelin is the parent company and thats what swayed me in the end. Very nice tyres.

Cheers Joe!

Here ya go, Yanks- here is the view.

Thought I may as well continue the stripes down to the grill surround. It came out alright and I'm wondering about doing the bullbar. I'll have to think about that for abit 'cause I'm not really sure how it will look.
