Mac Exhaust

Does any one here know anything about about mac exhaust. I have their intake and I like it. I can get the cat back for 225 with free shipping is it worth it or should i get a custom job done.

You may want to call a local shop and see what kind of mufflers they have and get a ball park on a custom bent cat back. I imagine it would be comparable.

I had a Mac system on my old 5.0 Mustang, and it used Dynomax Super Turbos, and it sounded mean. Install was a PITA, then again, this was 12 years ago, and I had the patience of a 16-year-old...

I agree with the custom shop idea, I was in touch with a shop that quoted under $200 for a custom single system (I really don't need duals) and the coolest thing is that they would install as many different types of mufflers as it took in order for me to be happy with the sound. I'm so picky, they're liable to be there all day long!
