What exactly differentiates MFT from SYNC?

SYNC allows drivers to operate their Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone and digital media players using voice commands, the vehicle's steering wheel, or radio controls.

MyFord Touch (powered by SYNC) has the following features:
SYNC voice activated communications
Two driver-configurable 4.2" color LCD displays in the gauge cluster One 8" color LCD touch screen in the center stack
A media hub with 2 USB ports, SD card reader, and a RCA video input jacks
5-way controls located on steering wheel
Optional Navigation system
