Mirror options

Hey guys, I am really hating my little bubble side mirrors on my explorer. Other than the 4th gen side mirrors does anyone know of mirrors that will fit to give my ex a little bit more of a truck look.

My dads work van is a Econoline 250 with tow mirror looking side mirrors. Would they fit?
