missing 911 Assist

Hi smacrae,

If 911 Assist is no longer available on your Explorer, you'll have to visit your dealership to have them reinstall it. Please make an appointment to have this done, and let me know how it goes.

Ford Sync

I reinstalled 3.7, and now 911 assist is present and working. When I go into my sync account online it states i have an update available now (3.8) but it doesn't let me download it...keeps getting an error no matter from which computer or browser.

Any ideas?

What's the error message you're receiving, smacrae?

it's a system error (from the web site)....just flashes a dialog box then loops back to the download sync update page.

Thanks! It looks like some maintenance is being performed on the website right now; all functionality should be back up soon. Give it a try later tonight after clearing your cache and cookies.
