Missing on multiple cylinders

Ive got a 00 XLT OHV 4.0 I have a miss on 1,2,3 running lean on bank 1 and 2, new o2 sens, new custom exhaust, cant accelerate very quickly at all, cant get over 55 without a hill. any ideas?

Welcome to the forum! Have you got any codes on the cel? it sounds like you may need a new fuel pressure regulator, or possibly a clogged filter. Might also be a pump going bad. Good luck!

Is there a way to test the regulator without a pressure gauge?

Not that I'm aware of, but they are fairly cheap, iirc. Hope that helps!

injector wiring may be a possibility,,
so could intake gaskets,,
so could a bad coil pack,,

couple starts there,,

Did a smoke test and has new coil pack.

So I did a pressure test today, I am at 60 with very little flux at 3000. Are there any electrical ideas?
