I noticed that Explorer has been overlooked as usual. Ford Edge 2021 got no restyle, nothing, just minor interior improvements but it got SYNC 4.

I don't think it has been overlooked. Like I mention in the first post, it will likely be 'phased' in the same way Sync 3 was.
