Just curious, I have a MSD 6a box I've mounted in the B11 inside the cab area. It is not the new off-road one that is waterproof. It's the standard one. Just how wet can these things get before messing up. I know it would probably be hard to describe. But how about just water splashing up on it from the road if it was installed in the engine compartment. Would it cut off if the engine is running and you just hit it with a garden hose while your hosing the engine compartment? The instructions says you can mount in any position other then upside down so water can drain out. 410 said I had it mounted to low. I'll raise it up some more and now thinking of the glove box. The instructions say do not put it in glove box. Not enough air circulating. But I don't have a door on mine and it only goes in about 4 inches any way. So I don't thing that will be an issue. Just concerned about the water issues if I do put it on the firewall.
