power window motor repair 96 explore sport
This thread has some very useful info about how the motor uses a plastic gear that wears down and causes the window to make a skipping noise! After reading this thread i came up with another way of fixing this problem, and it took me about 10 minutes per motor after removal! Instead of silicone or epoxy and all the drill holes, instead i drilled 3 small holes in the metal gear and installed 3 small short screws, and made sure it all fit back into place
