My 1999 Ford Ranger sometimes runs rough.

I have a 99 ranger that runs great I just bought it, but after i drive it for a few miles it seems to run rough? It gets worse going up hills? I have tuned it up, put new gas cap, any ideas

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the Ranger section. Does your check engine light turn on when it starts to run rough?

How many miles do you have on it. It could be plugs or wires or both.
