My '23 ST finally with lowering springs

Have had a Thermal cat-back exhaust system and Eibach lowering springs installed recently; took a while to find a new mechanic.. Still have a huge-brakes kit to install.. The Thermal system soulds quite nice and DOES NOT drone.

What wheels are those and what size? Those wheels look good on red, I'm tired of the black wheel look. I also have a 23 in red and I just bought a set of eibach springs, steeda rear sway bar, steeda pinion support bushings, and the steeda vertical link inserts waiting to install.
