Here are my explorer pics from when i bought it wrecked and the pics after I fixed it. Its done for the most part, although i do have to put the side mouldings on yet. I also removed the pinstriping that goes around the vehicle. I did all the body and paint myself.

great job.. looks good

I remember your first post, You said you'd get it fixed and pics up quickly.
By golly you did.

Looks much better!

Leave the side molding off. Looks cleaner without it IMO

Thanks, I like it without the mouldings too, I'm just afraid somebody will door ding it or my wife will.

Looks great. I agree about the side trim, it looks much cleaner without it. If you wanted the protection but without the look of the old trim, why not use the sleeker trim on later model Ex's? Since you did the paint on your ride, you could just spray the new trim to match, then stick it on and have a clean look and peace of mind. Given the previous big ding, a little ding in the door might not be so bad, though.

very nice, i love that color, good work!! Looks good without the side moldings also.

You're good.

My 95 ex looks almost exactly like your before. I just picked up replacement doors. Your ex looks awesome! I hope mine turns out 1/2 as good.
