Mine is actually a round COB(chip on board)LED light. It illuminates very well the third row cargo area. There is no flickering issue whatsoever.The round LED fills the lens perfectly. Talk to Dan you'll be impressed with the results.The OEM light is piss poor compared to this light. Good luck

I agree with Tinner - it makes a huge difference - I am still surprised they did not have stock LED lights.

The cargo light on the left hand side is also crap and it looks way better switching that as well.

No flicker issues with mine as well, actually I have had zero issues with any of the lights.
