My fordSync - usb port

My usb port doesn't read any memory stick, I’ve tried 4 different brand already but still not recognizing the file.
All usb are re-format to FAT32 and all songs are mp3.

Is there any way I can reboot the system or what should I do.

You know, I have never tried this. I have a stick loaded with songs I play in my Murano, I'm going to try it in the EX later today.
