My Truck is getting a face lift ;-)

Well I brought my truck in today to get this fixed.

I am having them do some other work for me too. I am having the front and rear bumpers, as well as the fenderflares and rocker pannels painted the same as the body color My truck is going to look really awsome now. My exterior is almost right where I want it. All that is left is to get a better spoiler and put my slotted rotors on as well as the wheel spacers and paint the calipers. That will all be done next week. I have everything for that already. I cant wait. I should have my truck back friday. I will post pics as soon as I pick it up.

That is a really nice truck! I was wondering though... what is the little something below the mirror? I'm not sure what to call it. And second, did you install your white face gauges?... if you did, was it hard?

I love the wheels and tires. They ride amazingly. So much better then those bouncy stock tires. I am undecided the spoiler. I only have two real choices. Keystone makes one and saleen. They both basicly look the same. I am not sure which I want.

I believe you are looking at my side markers. They are little lights that blink along with the blinkers. They match my altezzas. Yes I did install the white face gauges, they werent too bad. Took a little time, but was pretty straight forward.

Jornum, I am looking for a rear wing for mine. Saleen is $$. I called them and you would have to buy the wing itself along with hardware to mount it on. Do you have the pic of the Keystone?..and how does that mount? Do you like the explorer express x-spec wing? I am thinking about getting it, but it uses two-sided tape. I am worried about that thing might fly off one day. Also my trucks spends a lot of time at the car washes.

I actually have the keystone. It is from carparts.com. It has to be mounted with 3 or 4 scews. It also doesnt fit right. Is it normal to hav eto shave a spoiler? I dont have any experience with them. I havent decided if I want to keep it or not. I believe it was like 150? I dont remember.

Jornum, What does the keystone spoiler look like? Can you post a picture of it? Also, I am a body man and 8 out of ten times anything aftermarket you have to make it fit. Takes alittle time but worth it in the overall apperance!!!!

it actually looks like the saleen a bit. Same style. I will take a pic today if I remember.
Also, the face lift was delayed because my autobody shop was backed up by one car. So I was supposed to get it back last friday, but I got it back yesterday afternoon. I will put pics up once the sun comes up enough to give her a great shine. It looks AMAZING by the way. Exactly what I wanted. Definetly looks like no other explorer I have seen.
