We are supposed to get buried its snowing now and it is not supposed to stop for two days. We'll have to try out the ole AWD. We are expecting 18-26 inches, that narrows it down huh. Thats like says a dusting-8 inches possible. LET ME KNOW HOW EVERYONE MAKES OUT!
I'll keep ya posted for up to the date accumulations.

Haxaw, we just got done with that system here in Alabama...you can expect a nice amount of snow--most of the Southeast was under flood warnings of some sort during the weekend. It rained here for about 36 hours straight.

supposed to get 2 to 3 FEET here in CT.

here in NYC we were originally supposed to get 24", now its down to about a foot, but still enough to have fun. it should start snowing late afternoon, early evening. be safe, and
HAVE FUN :)

We got 8" here, it's sunny right now, but we're supposed to get another 6" or so tonight. Maybe I'll take tomorrow off and go 4wheelin :)

No school

In mass we've only got about an inch at most. The roads are just wet. I'm a little disappointed. I guess where I am we are supposed to get 24-36 inches

I hear that its coming to you folks in CT area. We got ripped off here in Eastern PA... as usual.

Suny today, sunny tomorrow.... sunny next week here in Arizona.

I used to live in New Hampshire. I DO NOT MISS IT AT ALL!

thius is just great, now they are only saying 2-4". now it looks like my fun will be severely dampered. :(.

Hey Sink,
Where are you in Eastern PA??? I used to live in Malvern.

Reading, PA now. I grew up in Johnstown, PA. Lived in CT and MI for a few years each. I left MI and now they get hammered w/ snow. My luck.

ONE FOOT AND COUNTING!

Well we already have one foot of snow and we are expected to get another foot before this storm ends late tomorrow night. Gotta love that AWD, It is awesome in the snow. I have to drive to my girlfriend to work between 6 and 6:30 AM. We'll see how much more we get tomorrow.
PS... I get about 11 MPG in the snow!

Snowey hell

I wish it would stop snowing here in CT, im tired of having to work on my explorere our in the freezing weather all the time. My fingers cant take much more of it. My dad wont even let me use the garage since he has to keep his antique cars in there. Just when i thought it was going to get warm, and i wouldnt have to wear stupid looking gloves with the finger tips cut off, mother nature smashed me with 18-30 inches here in Northern CT. Well it will make for some super skiing and offroading.

Ya know,
I'm with Tom....
It's in teh high 70's, sunny, dry, great golf - I don't miss MA at all! Talked to a buddy last night back home with his Duranged-O who won't leave the house he's so pi$$ed. Won't even plow or anything. Ah the days of winter depression...:D

14 inches of snow. god im so happy i got my truck! i let my dad drive it around and he was so impressed, that he wants one too! hes used to driving a ford E-150 with posi. we tried driving the truck in 2wd, doin 360s and stuff until we got really stuck i ndeep snow. we popped it in 4wd and got out no problem, u shoulda seen his face!

just a warning when u go through deep snow.. you'll never know what you'll find. i saw a patch of pink snow while i was driving around. "i believe this is tranny fluid,"my dad said to me. "Someone musta busted there pan here..." *crunch crunch crunch*. he couldnt even finish off hissentence and i ran over whatever that other guy hit. i looked in my mirror and it was one of those plasitc milk crates. thank god for skid plates, i had no damage!

i love my exploder!

Chewie, thats the stuff 100 MPH snowmobilers nightmares are made of! 4000 lb Explorers react much better to those things than 450 lb sleds.
