is it possible to go spring over in the back of a 98 explorer and use ranger leafs with an add a leaf to keep the back even with the front with 3" torsion keys. i think it can be done bc explorers springs have more arch. any opinions?

Its still going to sit way higher in the back, the rangers don't since their springs are mounted on the side of the frames verses under the frames on Explorers.
You could always go to the junk yard with a tape measure and see what has the flattest springs that'll fit. You could also take some leafs out of the spring pack, but you'll probably still be ass high
