Just bought a 2000 Explorer 2 wheel drive last week, the previous owner said its a tranny issue. I got it for an amazing $200!!!! My buddy who knows more about cars took a look at it, and in about 10 seconds was able to reach under the car and manually shift the gears, so i think the tranny is fine I just need to figure out the link. Oh yeah and the shifter is loose like it doesnt lock into a gear, any ideas??? thanks
