Need help! Dontknow the weird sound!!

A weird sound starts up after driving for like 45 minutes its sounds like someone is spinning the wheel on the "price is right" but really fast and loud. Its coming from the front left by the tire on the drivers side. can anyone give me some ideas on what possibly it could be!!! please!!!!

2wd or 4wd? It sounds like maybe your hubs could be clicking

I have a 93 and had similiar nosie.. Turned out to be front outside u-joints. Mine was more noticeable whiile turning.
